St. Rose of Lima Parish Picnic 2025

St. Rose of Lima Parish will hold its annual picnic on Sunday, June 8 at the Schulenburg KC Hall.
Fried chicken/sausage plates with potatoes, sauerkraut, green beans, and dessert will be $14 each. Drive-thru will start at 10:30 a.m. and dine-in at 11 a.m.
A live auction will start at 12:30 p.m. New this year will be the addition of a silent auction as well.
Music will be by the Matt Bonner Band, along with Alvin Minarcik, starting around 4:30 pm, once the auction ends.  
A biergarten will open at noon. Hamburgers, tamales, tacos, nachos, and more will be served after 3:30 p.m.  Jimbo’s Italian Ice will also be onsite.
There will also be a country store and a cake & plant walk in the hall, and bingo (in the St. Rose School gym).  Most picnic activities will be inside and air-conditioned, and the picnic venues are easily accessible for all visitors.
This year’s picnic will bring back the Kid Zone outside of the hall starting at 12 noon, with several activities, including water slides, bounce houses, ring toss, face painting, plinko, balloon art, duck pond, and more.
